 Heather Ramsey is a certified professional business coach and trainer. As a coach, Heather works with individuals to achieve the next level of their success. She works with clients within fast-paced start-ups, major corporations and on an individual basis. Her strength lies in coaching women through change during all phases of their lives.

As a passionate trainer, she helps corporate clients develop and deliver content to a wide variety of participants. She has a strong ability to establish and sustain trust and rapport with participants, teams and managers, as well as the ability to handle difficult participants. She is able to simplify complex concepts into coherent training tools and link to real life situations. Heather specializing in role plays, motivating others and constructive feedback.

Heather's style is creative, compassionate and supportive, with the goal of moving people into action both individual and in a classroom setting. Her corporate career, entrepreneurial background and extensive motivational work makes her an outstanding coach and trainer.

Heather's career has spanned a wide variety of positions within fast-paced start-ups to major corporations. In the start-up world she worked closely with venture capitalists to build ideas from business concept into working entities. Additionally, she has worked in small to medium size companies in Sales, Management and Training capacities and within large corporations in Operations and Sales.

Heather has a B.S. in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute. She is a Board Member of the Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy, was a founding member and president of SFCoaches and the Founder and President of the Young Coaches Forum. She has been active in Toastmasters International, and is a Certified Speaker and Leader.
