Heather's career in both Sales/Marketing and Purchasing/Operations gives her a range of experience to draw from. She has worked with fast-paced start-up ventures, building them from business plan concept into working entities. Additionally, she has worked in small to medium size companies, and several large corporations. Her career work has given her an understanding of organizational dynamics, hierarchies and internal communications. What drew her out of the corporate environment and into coaching was the corporation's inability to support and retain their rising stars. She has found that her effectiveness as a coach offers a framework that cultivates the next level of success for these organizational rising stars, increasing their productivity and fulfillment both personally and professionally.

Heather has a B.S. in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute. She is the president of SFCoaches, the Founder and President of the Young Coaches Forum, which mentors and supports new coaches throughout the world. She has been active for over four years in Toastmasters International, and is a Certified Speaker and Leader. Heather serves on several association boards, including Business Network International, Sacramento Entrepreneurship Academy Alumni Association and the Bay Area Coaching Conference Executive Board.
